Our 1:1 sessions are designed for those who want a completely personalised approach to their Pilates practice. Whether you're recovering from injury, returning to movement after a break, building strength, improving posture, or simply prefer private instruction, these sessions are tailored entirely to your body, your pace, and your goals.

Working with your instructor one-on-one means:

We start with a short consultation to understand your movement history, goals, and any injuries or limitations. From there, we develop a plan together that evolves as you do.
